Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications

• Offer pertinent market data and strategic recommendations

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to design and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements to present strong candidate slates

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines

• Ensure candidates remain engaged through timely updates on their progress

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members

• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Strong analytical hiring skills, utilizing data and insights to guide decision-making and achieve results

• Exceptional sourcing capabilities; must not depend solely on passive applications

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition

• Capacity to mentor Recruiters and other team members
