Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Offer relevant market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement by delivering timely updates on their progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client and offer consultative guidance on talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics pertaining to talent acquisition.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern working hours.
