Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates engaged through timely updates on their progress.

• Work closely with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

• Deliver outstanding talent and maintain proactive communication regarding search status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Availability from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, Central or Eastern time zones.
