Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to ascertain position specifications, providing pertinent market data and insights.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage strategies for recruitment marketing and sourcing.

• Assess candidate profiles against position criteria and present strong candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines to back up recommendations.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients and ensure proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Strong analytical hiring skills, utilizing data and insights to guide decision-making and drive results.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities; active sourcing is required rather than relying on passive applications.

• Based in the UK; remote work within the country is necessary.

• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
