Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Supply pertinent market data and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process with timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to define offer details utilizing market data and compensation guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
