Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders and departments to formulate and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements and present exceptional candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define offer particulars, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to back up recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a representative of the client brand, ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding search progress.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Strong analytical hiring skills, using data and insights to guide decision-making and drive results.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities; reliance on passive applications is not sufficient.

• Knowledge of niche sectors or industries.
