Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and execute holistic recruitment strategies

• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment plans

• Identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and various other channels

• Assess resumes and applications, perform initial screenings, and evaluate qualifications

• Organize and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers and stakeholders

• Analyze candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural suitability

• Facilitate the selection process while ensuring a positive experience for candidates

• Enhance and elevate the employer brand

• Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Keep precise candidate records in the applicant tracking system

• Provide management with recruitment metrics reports and updates

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to recruitment best practices

• Stay informed on recruitment trends and technologies

• Establish talent acquisition benchmarking standards and refine recruitment metrics

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies, including management of online presence and candidate engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 4-6 years of advancing experience in talent acquisition, particularly in leadership roles

• Demonstrated success in placing senior-level candidates

• Prior involvement in recruitment or HR-related positions

• Advanced knowledge of resume evaluation and initial candidate assessment

• Capability to conduct preliminary interviews and gather pertinent information

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and requirements

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the talent acquisition sector

• Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates

• Ability to evaluate candidates for cultural compatibility and technical abilities

• Awareness of industry trends, salary standards, and competitor analysis

• Capacity to provide insights on talent market dynamics

• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

• Expertise in talent acquisition

• Ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning

• Experience leading employer branding initiatives

• Master's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
