This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for VP and C-level positions across both technical and non-technical areas.
• Act as a reliable advisor to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Deliver market insights, compensation analysis, and talent mapping services.
• Create a diverse pool of executive candidates through industry connections, outreach to passive candidates, and inclusive recruitment methods.
• Oversee high-touch candidate interactions from the initial contact through offer formulation, equity structuring, and the negotiation of complex executive compensation packages.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and movements of executive talent within the EdTech, SaaS, and broader technology sectors.
• Manage the entire search strategy for Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite positions.
• Handle complete recruitment processes for Legal and Finance roles across all levels.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer to develop and expand Legal and Finance teams.
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify, attract, and secure outstanding talent.
• A minimum of 7 years of focused full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years specifically dedicated to in-house or agency executive search at the VP level or higher.
• Proven success in recruiting senior leaders within Education Technology or closely related tech-enabled consumer and enterprise sectors, such as Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech, or HRTech.
• Demonstrated ability to place senior executives across both technical disciplines like Engineering, Product Management, and Data, and non-technical areas such as Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, and Finance.
• Exceptional influence and communication skills, with a history of providing strategic advice to C-suite executives and board members.
• In-depth understanding of complex executive compensation packages, including bonuses, equity structures, and retention strategies.
• Practical experience with Ashby ATS or the capability to create customized recruitment dashboards, reporting metrics, and talent analytics.
• Established track record in designing and implementing inclusive hiring strategies.
• Previous experience blending executive search firm and in-house corporate recruiting roles.
• Experience managing executive hires in high-growth, venture-backed, or private equity-owned technology companies during critical scaling phases.
• An existing, active network of senior VP+ talent within EdTech, digital learning, and high-growth SaaS sectors.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
