This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform evaluations of Real Property to identify discrepancies in data, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancing business processes.
• Formulate strategies for the acquisition, analysis, validation, and reconciliation of HQIIS data utilizing relational databases and related information systems.
• Examine the relationships between Real Property records and GIS datasets to pinpoint inconsistencies related to facilities, infrastructure, asset attributes, and inventory data.
• Assess object models, data models, database structures, and metadata to enhance data organization, accessibility, and management.
• Assist with Real Property physical inventory, reconciliation, data quality assurance, and preparation for audits.
• Analyze Real Property management workflows and provide recommendations aimed at improving accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
• Create and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational manuals, process documentation, and technical reports.
• Work alongside GIS specialists, data analysts, and technical staff to support automated GIS-Real Property validation tools, business rules, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Evaluate data from various Army Real Property and installation management systems to discover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Compile clear and actionable findings and recommendations to aid in decision-making and management of Real Property at the installation level.
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional experience in conducting analysis related to Real Property, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management.
• Proficient in acquiring, analyzing, validating, or reconciling data from HQIIS and associated relational databases.
• Familiarity with relational databases, data models, metadata, and structured data analysis.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army Real Property and Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) policies and guidelines.
• Awareness of current IGI&S Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and the SDSFIE Army Adaptation.
• Proficient in Esri ArcGIS and understanding the connection between GIS data and Real Property records.
• Experience in evaluating business processes and developing SOPs, operational procedures, or technical documentation.
• Capability to interpret complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and convey findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and necessary Government system access.
• Physical capacity to sit or stand for extended periods, type and read from a computer screen, bend, reach, kneel, walk moderate to long distances, and potentially lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Army installations, DPW, IMCOM, or Army Real Property programs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with GFEBS, PRIDE, RPLANS, ASIP, ISR, or other Army installation management systems.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Real Property physical inventories, reconciliation, audit preparation, or asset accountability initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with RPUIDs, RPIM business rules, and GIS-Real Property alignment.
• Preferred: Experience using SQL, Microsoft Power BI, or similar analytical and reporting tools.
• Preferred: Experience working with AIGP data or GIS-based Real Property dashboards.
