This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Deliver quantitative assistance throughout the Risk or Finance departments.
β’ Design, model, and validate quantitative models, including PD, LGD, ALM, CCAR, QRM, MRM, and Economic Capital.
β’ Aid in the creation and execution of quantitative and statistical models.
β’ Develop, sustain, and back-test models that support respective business lines.
β’ Address ad-hoc reporting inquiries related to quantitative modeling.
β’ Take ownership of processes, reports, procedures, or products and represent the unit or team in cross-functional project or process deliverables.
β’ Identify, evaluate, manage, monitor, and report risks in alignment with the Bank's risk appetite.
β’ Advanced degree in quantitative analytics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in statistical/econometric modeling and database management.
β’ Experience with databases.
β’ Proficiency in SAS, including statistical modeling.
β’ Proficiency in SQL.
β’ Proficiency in VBA.
β’ Experience with Business Objects.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical abilities.
β’ Capability to present a professional image.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
β’ Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
β’ Previous management experience with demonstrated leadership qualities is advantageous.
