Senior QC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Ensure that products are designed, constructed, and manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, cross-platform, responsive, and API testing as per established test plans.

• Test software applications across PC, mobile, and tablet devices.

• Document and track clear bugs utilizing tools such as DevOps.

• Develop automation scripts and explore tools to enhance automation efforts.

• Collaborate with Quality Control, development, and business teams to finalize testing processes.

• Create detailed, thorough, and well-organized test cases.

• Review test cases prepared by junior or mid-level team members.

• Dispatch test results reports after validation with the QA Lead.

• Produce project documentation, including user manuals.

• Report directly to the QA Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing.

• Professional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.

• Practical experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver.

• Experience in developing automation scripts.

• Strong background in performance testing using JMeter.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize issues, adapt to changes, and work effectively either independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment.
