Gestor/a Ingeniero de Procesos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze and redesign processes to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and control.

• Implement methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement standards.

• Influence key KPIs such as Touch Time, Time to Yes, and costs.

• Govern the portfolio and methodologies related to the entity's processes.

• Lead process reengineering projects throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Analyze processes using Process Mining and model them, defining usability and customer experience.

• Define and configure a process ecosystem with reusable cross-functional components and AI agents.

• Manage cross-functional projects related to business, organization, regulatory compliance, and transformation.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, business, and customer experience.

• Drive radical process transformations focused on value generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar fields.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.

• Familiarity with process design methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Kaizen.

• Understanding of user experience design: Human-Centered Design and UX Research.

• Knowledge of process management and design solutions: Aris, Bizzagi, and BPM systems.

• Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN notation.

• Experience in managing and leading projects, programs, or portfolios in process transformation.

• Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

• Knowledge and experience in the business and activities of financial entities will be valued.

• Knowledge of AI capabilities applied to processes, IAG, and Agentic AI will be considered an asset.

• Familiarity with Process Mining and process automation tools: Celonis, UiPath, and Camunda will be valued.

• Knowledge of data analytics: SQL, SAS, and Python is a plus.

• Understanding of process architectures and enterprise architectures will be advantageous.
