Mid Level SDET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts.

• Create and implement detailed test plans and scenarios across various applications and platforms.

• Collaborate with agile teams to define and enhance test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects throughout the testing process.

• Work closely with developers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.

• Analyze testing results and identify quality trends.

• Suggest continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project results.

• Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying issues.

• Support the leadership team in Quality Analysis throughout the Value Stream.

• Integrate development and testing processes throughout the product lifecycle to establish quality from the outset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a QA Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

• Strong programming capabilities in at least one language: Java, C#, or JavaScript.

• Practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit.

• Proficient in using API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.

• Familiarity with Device Farms.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

• Advanced or fluent English communication skills.

• Nice to have: experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

• Nice to have: solid comprehension of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
