Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Strategize and design the technical implementation of new features within the products.

• Maintain high quality and ensure customer satisfaction through effective implementations, code reviews, and innovative solutions.

• Serve as the technical liaison for the development team and the Product Owner regarding technical inquiries.

• Share expertise and empower team members to tackle new challenges.

• Contribute to the climate-friendly energy transition and the digital transformation of renewable energy through software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.

• At least 5 years of experience with web applications.

• Strong programming capabilities coupled with a solid technical understanding.

• Experience with Django, Litestar, Redis, and PostgreSQL is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of software architectures.

• Preferably familiar with DevOps, especially Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ideally, experience with managed cloud services such as Azure and AWS.

• Interest in current trends and cutting-edge technologies.

• Proficient in German (company language).

• Ability to produce technical documentation in English.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to the climate-friendly energy transition.
