📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive data extraction processes from intricate websites.

• Guarantee thorough coverage, precision, and dependable delivery of structured data sets.

• Utilize available tools and tailored workflows to expedite data gathering, validation, and task execution.

• Consistently extract data from dynamic and interactive online sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.

• Adjust scraping strategies to accommodate evolving website behaviors.

• Uphold data quality through validation checks, cross-source consistency measures, formatting standards, and systematic verification.

• Enhance scraping operations for extensive datasets by employing efficient batching or parallel processing.

• Monitor failures and ensure stability against minor alterations in site structure.

• Engage in specialized data scraping workflows for practical applications within the Tendem project.

• Leverage tools such as Apify, OpenRouter, and other technologies alongside technical expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of pertinent experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields is advantageous.

• Extensive experience in Python web scraping, including tools like BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or similar, dynamic content, and APIs via proxies.

• Capability to extract data from complex frameworks such as hierarchies, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.

• Strong foundation in data cleaning, normalization, and validation practices.

• Proven experience in delivering structured data sets in formats such as CSV, JSON, and Google Sheets.

• Demonstrated ability to manage anti-bot mechanisms and dynamic site structures at scale.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or equivalent.

• Experience with Docker and containerization applied in real workflows.

• Practical experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenRouter, or similar in automation tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.

• A GitHub link is considered a plus.
