This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee construction, building, and commissioning operations at client locations.
• Supervise site mobilization, civil works, erection, and commissioning activities.
• Assume full accountability for all site undertakings during the ITO and/or OTR phases.
• Operate under the guidance of the overall project leader.
• Direct the site team and manage the execution of the project's scope of work.
• Handle multiple project sites when necessary.
• Ensure that schedules, quality standards, and costs adhere to contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations.
• Cultivate specialized expertise and act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies while ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility.
• Analyze data and offer informed recommendations.
• Make decisions and address moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering challenges.
• Provide support to colleagues with less experience.
• Lead small projects that involve moderate risks and resource needs.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively and foster consensus.
• Influence others on matters within your area of expertise.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by at least 6 years of relevant experience in the Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• At least 15 years of extensive experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning.
• Profound knowledge of electrical design principles.
• Experience with site safety protocols.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and practices.
• Willingness to travel domestically as necessary; approximately 90% travel within the US.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Aptitude for problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven track record in leading programs/projects effectively.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
