This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all aspects of site operations during ITO and/or OTR phases under the leadership of the overall project manager.
• Direct the site team and ensure the successful execution of the project's scope of work.
• Potentially manage several project sites simultaneously.
• Supervise construction, site mobilization, civil work, erection, and commissioning activities at customer locations.
• Ensure that schedules, quality, and costs align with contractual commitments, company policies, and local regulations.
• Cultivate specialized knowledge and serve as a resource for best practices and quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within the assigned area.
• Analyze data and leverage technical expertise to inform recommendations.
• Make decisions and address moderately complex issues in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Provide support and mentorship to less-experienced team members.
• Lead smaller projects that come with moderate risks and resource demands.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and foster consensus.
• Influence stakeholders on matters relevant to the field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• At least 15 years of extensive experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning.
• Profound understanding of electrical design principles.
• Experience in site safety protocols.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and practices.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required; this role necessitates approximately 90% travel within the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven track record of leading programs/projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing projects.
• Well-established project management expertise.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
