This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Spearhead strategic supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, developing suppliers, increasing capacity, and minimizing risks.
β’ Oversee project plans, budgets, governance, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
β’ Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
β’ Foster stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making in complex, global settings.
β’ Evaluate supplier and supply chain performance to optimize delivery, quality, capacity, inventory, and cost.
β’ Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen supply continuity and operational resilience.
β’ Identify and address supplier, quality, capacity, logistics, and operational risks.
β’ Formulate and monitor risk reduction plans while escalating critical issues as necessary.
β’ Create executive updates, dashboards, and governance reviews.
β’ Communicate risks, financial implications, recommendations, and key decisions to leadership.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager directing low to moderate complexity projects to successful outcomes.
β’ Experience of 3 years in project management and 2 years in a technical leadership role may be considered.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading complex supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or operations projects.
β’ Proficiency in business case development, financial management, and benefit realization.
β’ Experience in enhancing supplier performance, capacity, quality, operational efficiency, supply continuity, and risk mitigation through strategic and data-driven initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of SAP, ENOVIA, or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
β’ Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
