Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, developing suppliers, increasing capacity, and minimizing risks.

• Oversee project plans, budgets, governance, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.

• Foster stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making in complex, global settings.

• Evaluate supplier and supply chain performance to optimize delivery, quality, capacity, inventory, and cost.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen supply continuity and operational resilience.

• Identify and address supplier, quality, capacity, logistics, and operational risks.

• Formulate and monitor risk reduction plans while escalating critical issues as necessary.

• Create executive updates, dashboards, and governance reviews.

• Communicate risks, financial implications, recommendations, and key decisions to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager directing low to moderate complexity projects to successful outcomes.

• Experience of 3 years in project management and 2 years in a technical leadership role may be considered.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or operations projects.

• Proficiency in business case development, financial management, and benefit realization.

• Experience in enhancing supplier performance, capacity, quality, operational efficiency, supply continuity, and risk mitigation through strategic and data-driven initiatives.

• Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SAP, ENOVIA, or similar enterprise systems is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
