πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage all logistics operations within a designated division or zone.

β€’ Direct performance management of CDC operators, wholesalers, and logistics partners.

β€’ Track and enhance on-time delivery, fill rate, delivery execution, and other service and quality metrics.

β€’ Conduct business and performance evaluations, pinpoint gaps, and develop corrective measures.

β€’ Supervise logistics expenditures and partner costs; assist with budgets and forecasts.

β€’ Enhance productivity, lower costs, and optimize network efficiency.

β€’ Foster a safety culture and assess partner safety performance.

β€’ Address complex operational, service, and store challenges through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

β€’ Utilize operational and performance data to spot trends and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.

β€’ Implement strategic Demand Chain processes, systems, technology, and operational models.

β€’ Collaborate with Demand Chain, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders.

β€’ Relay performance, risks, trends, initiatives, and improvement opportunities to leadership and partners.

β€’ Set priorities and mentor team capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ Over 5 years of pertinent work experience.

β€’ At least 2 years of management experience.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and distribution center processes.

β€’ Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance metrics reporting.

β€’ Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects.

β€’ Strong financial insight with experience in managing budgets, analyzing cost structures, and implementing cost-saving measures.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

β€’ Proven leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams and nurturing talent.

β€’ Strategic thinker combined with practical operational problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
