This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an AI-enhanced acquisitions decision-support platform.
• Handle daily delivery operations of the platform MVP, ensuring it aligns with the defined scope, milestones, and business goals.
• Supervise the external delivery vendor, monitoring progress in accordance with the Statement of Work, timeline, deliverables, and expectations.
• Collaborate with the vendor, internal data and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and sustain delivery momentum.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing, liaise with business users, collect feedback, address issues, and confirm readiness for launch.
• Convert technical project details into understandable updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep comprehensive project documentation that includes requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT results, and delivery status.
• Identify and escalate risks, changes in scope, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Assist in change management and user adoption during the MVP rollout phase.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation for a seamless project transition to a future internal owner.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or a comparable role leading implementations in data, analytics, AI, or technology platforms.
• Direct experience overseeing external delivery vendors in accordance with a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones.
• Strong background in coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Practical experience in planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including feedback collection, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
• Availability to start immediately and maintain significant overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• Residing in Latin America (LATAM).
• Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge in data, analytics, AI, or platform implementations is a plus.
• Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate settings is a plus.
• Experience managing projects involving external technology or implementation partners is a plus.
