This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the daily operations of the AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform MVP.
• Ensure that the project aligns with its scope, milestones, and business objectives.
• Manage the external delivery vendor while monitoring progress against the Statement of Work (SOW), timeline, deliverables, and established expectations.
• Collaborate with the vendor, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and sustain delivery momentum.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT), liaise with business users, collect feedback, monitor issues, and prepare for launch readiness.
• Convert technical project details into concise updates, decisions, action items, and documentation tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT results, and delivery status.
• Identify and escalate risks, changes in scope, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Assist in change management and adoption during the MVP rollout.
• Ensure thorough knowledge transfer and documentation for seamless project handover.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or a similar role focused on data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.
• Direct experience in managing external delivery vendors in accordance with a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones.
• Extensive experience coordinating between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Practical experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including feedback collection, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Outstanding documentation and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Ability to maintain a strong overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams is desirable.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager is beneficial.
• Strong technical fluency in data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations is an advantage.
• Experience in delivering MVPs within high-growth or fast-paced corporate settings is a plus.
• Experience managing projects that involve external technology or implementation partners is beneficial.
