This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +1 more country.
• Oversee the daily operations of the AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform MVP.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, milestones, and business goals.
• Manage the external delivery vendor and monitor progress in relation to the Statement of Work, timeline, deliverables, and established expectations.
• Collaborate with the vendor, internal data/engineering teams, and business stakeholders to eliminate obstacles and maintain delivery momentum.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, coordinate with business users, collect feedback, track issues, and ensure preparedness for launch.
• Convert technical project details into concise updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT results, and delivery status.
• Identify and escalate risks, changes in scope, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Assist with change management and user adoption throughout the MVP rollout process.
• Guarantee thorough knowledge transfer and documentation for a seamless project handoff at the conclusion of the engagement.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar position leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.
• Direct experience in managing external delivery vendors against a specified Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones.
• Extensive experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Practical experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolutions.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
• Availability to start immediately and maintain strong overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Located in Latin America (LATAM).
• Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment sectors.
• Experience working closely with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager.
• Strong technical fluency in data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations.
• Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Experience managing projects involving external technology or implementation partners.
