This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
• Lead the implementation and delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an AI-powered acquisitions decision-support platform.
• Oversee the daily delivery of the platform MVP in alignment with defined scope, milestones, and organizational objectives.
• Manage the external delivery vendor according to the Statement of Work, project timeline, deliverables, and expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to eliminate obstacles.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, collect feedback, monitor issues, and ensure readiness for launch.
• Convert technical project details into updates, decisions, action items, and documentation tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery status.
• Identify and escalate risks, changes in scope, dependencies, and issues related to delivery.
• Assist in change management and adoption processes during the MVP rollout.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation for the project's transition to a future internal owner.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role, focusing on data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.
• Direct experience in managing external delivery vendors according to a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones.
• Strong capability in coordinating technical teams alongside non-technical business stakeholders.
• Practical experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including feedback collection, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Excellent skills in documentation and organization.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Strong alignment with U.S. time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment sectors (preferred).
• Experience collaborating directly with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager (preferred).
• Strong technical understanding across data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations (preferred).
• Experience in delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments (preferred).
• Experience managing projects that involve external technology or implementation partners (preferred).
