This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects.
• Provide direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.
• Oversee project delivery, including profit and loss accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop specialized expertise to serve as a resource for best practices and quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of strategy and policies, ensuring delivery within the designated area of responsibility.
• Analyze data and leverage technical experience to support informed recommendations.
• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
• Lead smaller projects that involve moderate risks and resource needs.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Influence colleagues and stakeholders on relevant topics within the field.
• Extensive experience in Project Management for positions outside the USA.
• Educational qualifications equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA.
• A Master's degree from an accredited university for roles within the USA, or a high school diploma/GED coupled with at least 6 years of experience in the appropriate Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven capability to lead programs and projects successfully.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
