Senior Project Manager – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects.

• Provide either direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring accountability for profit and loss, as well as customer satisfaction.

• Develop specialized expertise and act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.

• Keep abreast of technical advancements and contribute to the formation of strategy and policy.

• Implement project management best practices and ensure integration of work across different areas.

• Analyze data and leverage technical knowledge to support decisions and recommendations.

• Serve as a mentor for less experienced team members.

• Lead small-scale projects that involve moderate risks and resource needs.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively to build consensus.

• Persuade others on topics relevant to the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management.

• For roles based in the USA: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.

• Competency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
