Senior Project Manager – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance initiatives, and SEO/GEO content-driven projects.

• Act as the main operational liaison for client stakeholders.

• Manage expectations, deliverables, timelines, and daily client communications.

• Coordinate the efforts of developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists.

• Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings.

• Implement Agile or similar methodologies as necessary.

• Track budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance.

• Oversee project scope, manage change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks.

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility through project management and collaboration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery setting.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client-facing websites, digital content, or similar digital delivery projects.

• Capability to independently oversee project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in budget monitoring, resource/capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.

• Strong skills in project planning, prioritization, and organization.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Practical knowledge of Agile or similar project delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in managing client stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams under tight deadlines.

• Based in LATAM.

• Required availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00 KSA time, Sunday to Thursday.

• Comfortable maintaining this schedule consistently, including early-morning starts in Latin America.

• Professional fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
