This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster robust client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of business objectives.
• Oversee projects from initial intake to final delivery, encompassing scope, scheduling, creative kickoff, proofing, approvals, and project closure.
• Convert campaign goals into actionable project plans, creative briefs, timelines, and subsequent steps.
• Coordinate contributions from various teams including account management, content creation, design, digital, operations, and external partners.
• Conduct initial reviews of presentations, marketing materials, and client outputs.
• Manage integrated deliverables such as email campaigns, website and landing page content, presentations, social media content, digital assets, customer stories, white papers, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
• Organize client and internal meetings, document decisions, and clarify responsibilities and next steps.
• Anticipate risks, resolve obstacles, manage changes in scope, and communicate trade-offs effectively.
• Offer recommendations and alternatives to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates using project management and collaboration tools.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and document lessons learned.
• Enhance repeatable processes, templates, and workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or integrated campaign delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and deliverables from inception to completion.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing channels, content creation, creative production, campaign operations, and performance analysis.
• Ability to align project decisions with broader campaign, business, and client objectives.
• Capability to develop practical schedules and budgets, handle dependencies, and maintain progress across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and modern project management and collaboration tools, including Asana.
• Comfortable operating in and structuring a high-volume environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• A solution-oriented approach, sound judgment, and a readiness to take ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
