Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish project objectives that are in line with existing operational methodologies.

• Supervise quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage the effects of interdependent systems.

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders for a crucial clinical data repository.

• Direct, plan, schedule, monitor, and manage project deliverables, objectives, and milestones for PATH workstreams.

• Develop comprehensive work plans that outline activities, resources, and objectives.

• Articulate and disseminate the project scope, timeline, resource needs, and assumptions.

• Analyze complex dependencies within clinical workflows, billing processes, and offline capabilities.

• Provide daily guidance and supervision for project teams.

• Track progress against established objectives and modify plans or resources to fulfill customer and clinical demands.

• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and assess resource utilization.

• Establish review and quality assurance protocols.

• Identify and monitor tasks until completion and address any obstacles.

• Formulate and implement project plans while overseeing timelines and resource distribution.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders impacted by project scope, budget, risks, and resources.

• Update leadership and team members on project status, metrics, scope, and timelines.

• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

• Identify, address, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software or clinical application projects.

• Proficient in project management tools, particularly MS Project.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Teams.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Willingness to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls as needed.

• Ability to visit corporate or client offices for onsite work, as required.

• Capable of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.

• Good hand-eye coordination for operating computers and office equipment.

• Close vision capabilities, tolerance for fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus.

• For roles requiring business travel or event attendance, the ability to lift 25 lbs.

• For roles requiring business travel or event attendance, a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
