This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and execute detailed project definitions, timelines, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity initiatives.
• Assess the necessity and impact of changes in project scope, providing actionable recommendations.
• Secure stakeholder agreement, approval, and consensus on various aspects of the project.
• Identify resources and allocate staff for project assignments.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure effective communication and clarity regarding deadlines, responsibilities, and objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client project management.
• Recognize staffing changes or requirements as projects evolve.
• Oversee project costs, timelines, quality, deliverables, budgets, and associated risks.
• Formulate, propose, and implement solutions for risk mitigation.
• Anticipate and navigate technical, business, and scheduling adjustments.
• Assess when additional resources are necessary and facilitate their integration.
• Manage the expectations of clients, company leadership, and project teams based on project metrics.
• Suggest and enact changes or alternative strategies informed by performance data and metrics.
• Create and present materials that support the pursuit of expanded business opportunities.
• Engage in proposal efforts and participate in sales discussions.
• Balance client expectations with the needs of the company while managing project deliverables.
• Supervise assigned project personnel, delegate tasks, provide guidance, address performance issues, and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of twelve years in project planning and management.
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Catalyst, covering budget development, project planning, control, assurance methodologies, project management software, and finance and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with productivity and methodology tools that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience with administrative processes.
• Understanding of client vision, business objectives, and key success factors.
• Knowledge of delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures.
• Proficient in techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and execution of project phases.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
