Senior Project Manager, Market Research

📋 Description

• Oversee international quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage relationships with clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples.

• Establish and test survey links and redirections.

• Prepare and dispatch sample materials.

• Conduct quality assurance and audit checks.

• Handle respondent inquiries and manage honoraria.

• Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings effectively.

• Communicate project specifications, client requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables, communication, and resolution of issues.

• Monitor productivity and the quality of data collection.

• Generate regular updates on project status and progress reports.

• Track project costs and evaluate study profitability.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and suggest performance enhancements.

• Work independently with international teams, accommodating non-standard US business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in market research project management, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in international online market research, healthcare, sampling, survey recruitment, and collaboration with project teams.

• Self-driven with outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.

• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profitability.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies and software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple online research projects efficiently and punctually in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to work during US EST hours.
