Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of small to medium-sized security and technology projects, ensuring that scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Collaborate closely with clients, technical experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders to effectively manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.

• Keep project plans, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks organized using ConnectWise and other project management tools.

• Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate project deliverables, assist with billing activities, and guarantee a successful project transition and closure.

• Aid delivery teams to ensure clients enjoy an exceptional experience from the start of the project to its completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar position.

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in supporting the successful execution of multiple technology projects within a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with preparing and reviewing project reports, as well as managing resource allocation and scheduling.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to handle competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Project and ConnectWise, or similar project and service management platforms.
