Senior Web Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

• Take ownership of project timelines and budget results.

• Work in partnership with the Strategy, Design, Content, Development, and BA/QA teams to ensure web projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and other relevant project deliverables.

• Produce project documentation, including Teamwork tickets, for internal teams.

• Enhance and improve the company's website design and development processes in collaboration with management.

• Partner with the Strategy Team to devise innovative solutions to meet both internal and client needs.

• Assess new business opportunities, engage in lead generation, and contribute to proposal development.

• Represent the company at conferences and networking events.

• Engage in professional development and stay informed about emerging web and marketing techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing complex, integrated client projects, ideally in an agency or client-facing setting.

• Strong background in account management.

• Proficient in content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, or Sitecore.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its application to custom CMS builds.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar systems.

• Experience in contract and budget oversight.

• Proven ability to write functional and technical specifications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
