This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote a top-notch safety culture across designated projects and contractors.
• Take ownership of EHS performance and the closure of corrective actions at the portfolio level.
• Ensure adherence to GE Vernova standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain compliance with prevailing wage regulations and oversee certified payroll governance.
• Guarantee audit readiness across all projects.
• Propel quality enhancements and minimize instances of repeat failures.
• Lead root cause analysis and plan corrective actions for significant events.
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customer portfolios.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with customers.
• Facilitate business reviews, project assessments, and discussions on corrective actions.
• Formulate execution strategies tailored to specific customer needs.
• Manage customer escalations and recovery strategies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee execution strategies and financial performance across key corrective workstreams.
• Ensure the delivery of major corrective work from proposal through project completion.
• Manage project and portfolio budgets while mitigating financial risks.
• Lead the development of change orders and recovery initiatives.
• Assist in pricing and scope formulation.
• Improve working capital through prompt invoicing and project closure.
• Manage strategic relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Assess contractor performance and conduct vendor scorecard evaluations.
• Create execution strategies leveraging both internal and external resources.
• Support contractor recruitment and capacity planning.
• Facilitate execution reviews across ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Optimize resource utilization in collaboration with scheduling teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and enact corrective measures.
• Assist in workforce planning and deployment decisions.
• Drive standardization and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead lessons learned sessions and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Provide coaching on customer management, financial stewardship, and execution leadership.
• Support succession planning and talent development efforts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Foster accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field experience.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or significant maintenance projects.
• Proven experience in leading complex MCU, blade, or major corrective maintenance initiatives.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and contractor teams.
• Strong financial skills, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery.
• Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution.
• Experience in environments governed by prevailing wage regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• PMP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in managing Liftra operations.
• Experience in leading catastrophic response initiatives.
• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets.
• Experience in multi-site portfolio management.
• Experience leading customer business reviews and discussions on contract execution.
