Project Manager – New Product Commercialization, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete launch, growth, and commercialization of new non-paint product lines.

• Formulate commercialization strategies, launch plans, milestones, governance frameworks, and success indicators.

• Organize the readiness of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support.

• Propel launch execution from concept validation to market introduction and subsequent optimization.

• Craft go-to-market strategies to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.

• Establish pricing models, channel strategies, customer targeting, and value propositions.

• Track revenue performance, market adoption, and customer engagement metrics.

• Identify corrective measures to meet sales and profitability goals.

• Broaden product offerings, geographical reach, market segments, and customer applications.

• Assess market opportunities, competitive landscapes, customer requirements, and emerging trends.

• Develop business cases and prioritize portfolio opportunities based on revenue potential, profitability, and strategic alignment.

• Create integrated project plans, foster cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, and manage risks and escalations.

• Ensure project delivery is on schedule, within budget, and in line with corporate objectives.

• Generate financial forecasts, revenue estimates, and commercialization key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitor performance against targets and assess ROI, NPV, and investment effectiveness in collaboration with Finance.

• Provide performance updates and strategic insights to senior management.

• Partner with customers and channel partners during pilot programs and product launches.

• Collect market feedback and collaborate with sales teams to eliminate growth barriers and enhance market share.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 7–10+ years of experience in project management, product commercialization, business development, or go-to-market leadership is required.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Background in launching and scaling new products in B2B contexts is preferred.

• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable revenue growth.

• Established ability to influence senior leadership and promote organizational alignment.

• Expertise in strategic planning and execution.

• Experience with new product introduction (NPI).

• Knowledge of commercialization and go-to-market strategies.

• Skills in revenue growth and business development.

• Experience in portfolio management.

• Proficiency in financial analysis (ROI, NPV, P&L management).

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

• Capability in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Skills in risk management and problem-solving.

• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
