This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee store renovations, updates, special projects, and new store initiatives throughout North America
β’ Take charge of projects from the approval stage until completion and the warranty period
β’ Manage project timelines, budgets, and critical milestones
β’ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors, and vendors
β’ Facilitate project meetings, track construction progress, and address on-site issues
β’ Handle project documentation, permitting, change orders, and closing activities
β’ Carry out site visits during all stages of the project lifecycle
β’ Assist with project feasibility assessments and initial budgeting efforts
β’ Analyze bids, estimates, and change orders to pinpoint cost and scheduling opportunities
β’ Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project planning and costs
β’ Create feasibility plans, test fits, fixture layouts, wall elevations, and preliminary planning documents
β’ Aid in space planning, capacity evaluations, and early-stage project assessments
β’ Review drawings and planning documents to facilitate efficient project execution and informed decision-making
β’ Report directly to the Senior Manager of Construction Administration
β’ 6+ years of experience in construction, store development, or retail project management
β’ 3+ years of experience in supporting retail construction, store planning, space planning, drafting, or related retail development activities
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with diverse scopes, budgets, and timelines
β’ Experience in supporting retail remodels, refreshes, tenant improvements, or new store development initiatives
β’ Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors
β’ Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit
β’ Familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar tools
β’ Capacity to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project management software
β’ Knowledge of retail construction methods, project delivery, and store development processes
β’ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a relevant combination of education and experience
β’ Must reside in the United States
β’ Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
