Project Manager, Info Systems IV

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate clinical digital project management operations and PMO initiatives from inception to finalization.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.

• Provide guidance and leadership to project teams as well as junior IS PMO team members.

• Assist in the establishment and execution of Sutter IS PMO project management processes and methodologies.

• Compile project plans and define teamwork assignments.

• Direct and supervise work efforts throughout the project life cycle.

• Identify necessary resources for project completion.

• Conduct quality reviews to ensure project standards are met.

• Escalate issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines as needed.

• Monitor and track essential project milestones.

• Modify project plans and/or resources to accommodate client requirements.

• Facilitate communication with teams and clients regarding project scope, budget, risks, and available resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• 8 years of recent relevant experience in the field.

• Extensive implementation experience with Epic EHR applications.

• Familiarity with PMBOK, project management methodologies, and/or Sutter Health’s project methodology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Office Suite.

• Ability to utilize basic English vocabulary to clearly organize and convey thoughts and ideas.

• Capability to deliver presentations that persuade or inform others effectively.

• Skill in establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships across all levels within Sutter Health and with external organizations.

• Competence in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures and drawing logical, objective conclusions.

• Ability to organize workflow to achieve set objectives efficiently.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring follow-through on tasks.

• Preferred: Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management within the ServiceNow platform.
