Project Coordinator, AI Assist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Squad dedicated to the deployment and management of AI ASSIST products.

• Organize the operational workflow, bridging the Client, Desk, and technical teams.

• Ensure clear prioritization, demand tracking, risk management, Squad capacity planning, and delivery scheduling.

• Convert client and operational requirements into a structured Backlog.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define priorities and prioritize items for inclusion in the Sprint.

• Monitor execution, Squad capacity, timelines, and deliverables closely.

• Mitigate risks, obstacles, and changes before they impact deliverables.

• Generate status reports and monitor KPIs and SLAs.

• Plan and oversee release tracking.

• Lead client meetings effectively.

• Document and track meeting notes and action items.

• Facilitate communication among the client, Desk, technical team, and various organizational tiers.

• Coordinate projects associated with AIOps, AI Resolvedor, AI Self-Service, and AI for Orchestration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in leading technology projects.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and acting as a primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.

• Hands-on expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional methodologies (PMBOK/PMI).

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or ITIL certifications are highly beneficial.

• Proficient in project management tools.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, IT infrastructure, information security, and governance.

• Ability to map and enhance business processes.

• Excellent and assertive communication skills for engagement across technical and executive levels.

• Skills in facilitative leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Resilience, adaptability to changes in scope, and an analytical mindset for risk mitigation.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or MS Project.

• Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms.
