This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic execution leader within the Major Correctives organization.
• Execute complex, high-risk, and high-value wind turbine corrective campaigns throughout North America.
• Oversee multiple customer portfolios and significant corrective workstreams.
• Manage Major Component Upgrades, blade services, Liftra crane-less exchanges, and fleet reliability initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, vendor management, scope execution, resource alignment, and operational excellence.
• Promote a safety culture and oversee portfolio-level EHS performance and closure of corrective actions.
• Guarantee compliance with GE Vernova standards, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, prevailing wage laws, and certified payroll governance.
• Maintain audit readiness while driving quality enhancements and root cause analysis.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for designated customer portfolios and cultivate executive-level relationships.
• Lead business reviews, project assessments, corrective action discussions, escalations, and recovery planning.
• Formulate customer-specific execution strategies that align with contractual commitments and fleet priorities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee execution strategy and financial performance across major corrective workstreams.
• Deliver contracted major corrective work from bidding through project closure in collaboration with commercial sales.
• Manage budgets, financial risks, change orders, pricing support, scope development, invoicing, working capital, and project closure.
• Cultivate strategic contractor and vendor relationships while spearheading performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop execution strategies utilizing internal and external resources, supporting contractor sourcing and capacity planning.
• Lead execution reviews, enhance resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and assist in workforce planning and deployment.
• Promote standardization, operational excellence, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Guide team members in customer management, financial accountability, and execution leadership.
• Assist in succession planning, talent development, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Encourage accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field with equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects.
• Proven experience in leading complex MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and contractor workforces.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery.
• Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution.
• Experience operating in environments with prevailing wage requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• PMP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing Liftra operations.
• Experience leading catastrophic response programs.
• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets.
• Multi-site portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading customer business reviews and contract execution discussions.
