This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead new initiatives in Information Systems.
• Collaborate with business operations teams, end-users, and technical specialists on IT and IS projects.
• Investigate relevant subject matter and establish project scope as necessary.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute system and tool implementations.
• Take ownership of project outcomes with as much autonomy as possible.
• Adjust project direction when needed and finish any outstanding tasks as required.
• Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, document progress and challenges, and report to management.
• Modify project structure and methodologies, transitioning between Agile and Waterfall as suitable.
• Gain subject-matter expertise through research and prior experience.
• Question assumptions and provide well-informed responses regarding projects.
• Keep business stakeholders and executive sponsors updated, ensuring their input is considered and maintaining strong relationships.
• Enhance project delivery to align with company-wide business objectives.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end Information Systems and IT projects.
• Capability to research unfamiliar subjects and define project scope.
• Ability to independently manage project outcomes and redirect projects when necessary.
• Experience in creating plans, leading meetings, documenting progress and issues, and reporting to management.
• Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project's phase.
• Strong analytical skills to ask pertinent questions and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business operations teams, end-users, technical experts, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Skilled in coordinating system and tool implementations.
