Senior Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the annual budgets for cases or clients.

• Advise clients on best practices for eDiscovery.

• Determine optimal project approaches to minimize costs, enhance delivery speed, and utilize Lighthouse technologies.

• Organize, oversee, and manage communications among pod members, both internally and externally.

• Offer consultation on workflows.

• Lead the creation of operational standards.

• Engage in daily eDiscovery support tasks.

• Address client inquiries and provide consultation on the scope, implementation, and delivery of compliant solutions.

• Educate and mentor team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.

• Generate work orders for tasks involving data processing, review, and production.

• Clearly communicate scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree or JD is advantageous.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in eDiscovery project management.

• Over 5 years of proven experience within a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery provider.

• Proficiency in Relativity is essential.

• Strong skills in eDiscovery are required.

• Familiarity with, or capacity to rapidly learn, a comprehensive understanding of Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Project management skills for fostering client relationships and seeing projects through to completion.

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to a dynamic and expanding workload.

• Competence in interpreting both written and verbal instructions.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proficiency in using a computer, communicating via phone, and reading printed materials.

• May require periodic on-call duties and availability to work evenings and weekends.
