Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, the supported area, and employee work dynamics to provide impactful solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout all phases of the project.

• Organize, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of the Looqbox solution, from the kickoff to achieving user adoption stabilization.

• Facilitate client meetings, including kickoffs, alignment sessions, status updates, training, and follow-ups.

• Create and present structured updates on project status, deliverables, risks, scope modifications, and scheduling changes.

• Oversee project timelines, schedules, and priorities.

• Supervise the creation of deliverables with the internal team, ensuring alignment between technical and business expectations.

• Track project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and suggest action plans accordingly.

• Respond to client inquiries and requests during and after the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or similar fields.

• Proven track record in implementing and managing client projects.

• Experience in leading client meetings and delivering presentations.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills for planning and adjusting activities and timelines.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align expectations with both clients and internal teams.

• Preferred: Experience in technology or SaaS companies.

• Preferred: Familiarity with BI, data, or commercial operations.

• Preferred: Experience working with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
