This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of simultaneous customer-facing software delivery projects.
• Coordinate software upgrades, system improvements, integrations, migrations, and various post-sales service engagements.
• Take ownership of project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the duration of the project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams from Professional Services, Product, Technical, Support, and Customer Success.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, and reporting tasks.
• Identify and address project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery results.
• Assist customers during implementation, testing, deployment, and project closure activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timelines.
• Handle a large volume of projects concurrently while upholding delivery quality and contractual obligations.
• Deliver projects for NHS and private healthcare clients across the UK.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering customer-facing software projects.
• Background in a software vendor, healthcare technology provider, SaaS provider, or technology services company.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume delivery setting.
• Experience in delivering software-only projects, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, migrations, or application deployments.
• Proficient in managing project plans, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or similar.
• Proficient in using project management and planning tools.
• Experience in managing project governance, reporting, and customer-facing delivery activities.
• Previous involvement in delivering projects within NHS organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience in pathology, laboratory, diagnostics, LIMS, EPR, or healthcare IT environments is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering software solutions utilized in pathology laboratories is highly desirable.
• Background in managing healthcare software projects within acute trusts, pathology networks, or diagnostic services is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in pathology services, laboratory operations, or healthcare delivery before transitioning to project management is advantageous.
• Experience engaging with pathology managers, laboratory managers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools is desirable.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into project delivery, governance, reporting, or operational processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with Clinisys solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes.
• Core understanding of AI concepts and capability to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional context.
• Occasional planned out-of-hours deployment activities may be necessary.
• Must attend/travel to the office on the first day of employment for onboarding.
