Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective meetings.

• Strategically plan and monitor milestones, AWS releases, and team velocity.

• Oversee risks and dependencies among Rails, Kafka, mobile, and ERP/CRM integration teams.

• Facilitate communication between clients and the team, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

• Eliminate obstacles and manage project scope effectively.

• Collaborate with QA and Rails leads to maintain code quality and ensure seamless releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing software projects with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts.

• Skilled in risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, roadmaps/Gantt, and Slack.

• Experience working on projects with international teams.

• Fluent in English, with proven conversational skills.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Strong collaboration abilities.

• High level of commitment.
