Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of multiple simultaneous client projects.

• Take ownership of the scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholders for each project.

• Manage the most challenging and high-visibility projects within the portfolio.

• Act as a consultative partner to clients by anticipating issues, guiding decisions, and safeguarding outcomes.

• Establish and enforce delivery standards, processes, tools, and documentation.

• Maintain backlogs, schedules, status reports, and governance frameworks.

• Mentor and develop fellow project managers and members of the delivery team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and exemplary figure in project management.

• Manage billable and utilization goals while balancing multiple client accounts.

• Lead intricate, multi-client delivery within the professional services sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery.

• At least 6 years of experience managing multiple concurrent client projects.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful conclusions.

• Strong proficiency in both traditional and agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, iteration planning, and collaboration with product owners.

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.

• Evidence of following and enforcing standardized delivery processes.

• Comfortable working in a lean, rapidly changing environment and capable of creating structure when necessary.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar agile certification is preferred.

• Preferred certifications in Atlassian tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or other relevant technical qualifications.

• Relevant AI delivery or tooling certifications are preferred.

• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
