Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire life cycle of designated projects within the Cloud Security Stack in the Professional Services sector.

• Directly engage with client representatives and sponsors, internal delivery managers, engineering teams, and account executives.

• Collaborate closely with globally distributed technical delivery teams.

• Formulate, implement, and enhance project action plans utilizing project management methodologies.

• Report project and program status to executive management and escalate any risks or issues.

• Develop and execute project plans, change orders, meeting agendas, and status reports.

• Identify necessary resources and allocate individual responsibilities.

• Oversee daily operational aspects and project scope.

• Review team deliverables prior to client submission.

• Implement methodologies and uphold project standards.

• Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance protocols.

• Mitigate project exposure and risk.

• Manage multiple projects with life cycles ranging from one week to one month.

• Monitor risks, hardware, and personnel.

• Collaborate with engineers to gather technical insights.

• Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, current, and properly archived.

• Facilitate team and client meetings.

• Conduct regular project team status meetings.

• Keep project teams updated on organizational changes and corporate news.

• Relay pertinent project information to superiors.

• Deliver engaging, informative, and well-structured presentations.

• Address or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience managing highly complex and demanding projects for senior project managers.

• At least 4 years of experience overseeing projects with a PMP certification, or 10 years without certification.

• Qualification in project management or equivalent.

• Proficient understanding of project management techniques and tools.

• Direct experience in a project management role.

• Demonstrated experience in people management.

• Proven ability in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

• Experience managing one or more of the following: Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security); Modern Workplace (Microsoft, M365, End User Computing); Hybrid Datacenter (Azure, Windows, Citrix, VMware, traditional datacenters); End User Computing (Intune, MDM, AutoPilot, etc.).

• Experience in Modern Application/Data Intelligence is a plus.

• Current expertise in project management methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and Teams.

• Strong typing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
