Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Create and develop contemporary, impactful learning experiences that enhance workforce capabilities and drive business transformation.

• Develop performance-oriented learning solutions utilizing various modalities.

• Employ instructional design principles to craft learner-centric experiences.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert business insights into practical learning applications.

• Assess and adopt emerging tools and technologies to improve learning outcomes.

• Identify performance gaps and business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Propose solutions that enhance performance and drive results.

• Align development initiatives with business goals and transformation aims.

• Facilitate business transformation through effective learning and adoption strategies.

• Establish scalable capabilities that support adaptive working methods.

• Define success metrics and utilize data to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.

• Develop scalable learning frameworks, standards, and architectures.

• Create AI-enhanced learning experiences and utilize AI to expedite content creation and delivery.

• Test innovative methods and promote AI best practices in learning.

• Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, including BU Finance Leaders, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Assemble and mentor high-performing teams while exemplifying I 2 CARE and ILEAD behaviors.

• Enhance operational maturity through automation and self-service solutions.

• Deliver work with precision and punctuality in a high-pressure setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing a learning management system (LMS).

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies.

• Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros, or similar software.

• Understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools for content development, instructional design, or learning technology.

• Background in managing or participating in small matrixed teams.

• Experience leading projects across various functions.

• Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or similar methodologies is advantageous.

• Strong writing, storyboarding, and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent presentation and visual design abilities.

• Demonstrated success as a Change Manager/Leader or project manager.

• Skill in identifying connections between skill sets and strategic objectives.

• Capability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in facilitating and communicating effectively in a hybrid environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
