Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee project plans for designated enterprise accounts, which includes milestones, task tracking, scheduling, and reporting on delivery progress.

• Act as the primary contact for client project managers and coordinators on a day-to-day basis.

• Organize logistics for in-person meetings, stakeholder synchronization, executive business reviews, and account-related events spanning US and India time zones.

• Manage project documentation, which encompasses statements of work, change orders, functional and technical design documents, as well as workflows for contract approval.

• Facilitate operational execution by identifying risks and obstacles while proposing effective solutions.

• Address and resolve daily project tickets and issues, escalating to Delivery Partners or Solutions Engineers when necessary.

• Develop onboarding materials, documentation templates, and standard operating procedures to enhance the evolving project management practice.

• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Solutions Engineers, Client Partners, and counterparts from client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing intricate program or project plans for enterprise clients.

• Proven experience in documentation-intensive, multi-stakeholder engagements, including statements of work, change orders, and technical design documents.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across US and India time zones.

• Demonstrated self-directed working style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Rocketlane, Smartsheet, or Asana.

• Must be located in India, with approximately 50% overlap with US business hours.

• Applicants must reside in Bengaluru (formerly called Bangalore); applications from other cities in India will not be accepted.

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm, or within an enterprise SaaS delivery organization, is preferred.
