This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Oversee, direct, and manage intricate Salesforce projects along with associated personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Handle daily project operations while aligning stakeholders on goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Facilitate team and client meetings, ensuring prompt follow-up on action items.
• Organize daily tasks, monitor actions, and assess project progress.
• Utilize data to gauge progress and ensure project transparency.
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies and select suitable Agile frameworks.
• Mitigate risks and reduce uncertainty through sound decision-making.
• Implement efficient processes through effective change management.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Assist in the interviewing and onboarding process for new Project Managers.
• Contribute as a forward-thinking leader by sharing knowledge and coaching on best practices and industry trends.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology-driven project management.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with Agile teams on technology initiatives.
• Proficient in managing and forecasting project budgets.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a project plan from start to finish.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple enterprise-level strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to C-Level executives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, facilitation, and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to collaborate and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management is highly desirable, or a commitment to obtain certification within the first 12 months.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
