This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Execute retail financial sector projects from inception to completion, encompassing both minor and major renovations, new constructions, and upgrades to facility infrastructure.
• Oversee renovations of branches, construction of bank facilities, and infrastructure projects related to financial institutions.
• Supervise security systems, IT rooms, ATMs, vaults, HVAC, building monitoring, and fire protection systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, expenses, risks, change orders, project scope, quality standards, and safety measures.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, which include designers, architects of record, operations personnel, and vendor representatives.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Present project updates and information to C-level executives.
• Address conflicts and negotiate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports.
• Enhance and streamline processes.
• Engage in strategic planning and anticipate project outcomes.
• Manage several projects simultaneously across various regions.
• Travel 40-50% of the time and perform extended site visits during critical phases of projects.
• Meet on-time delivery targets of 95% or more, adhere to approved budgets, achieve client satisfaction ratings of 4.5 out of 5 or higher, maintain zero-incident safety records, and manage quality and deficiency metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Over 5 years of focused experience in projects related to financial services or retail banking.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued between $1M and $25M or more.
• Experienced in branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure, including security systems, IT rooms, ATMs, and vaults.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, building monitoring, fire protection, and associated systems.
• Familiar with ADA, National Codes, and Federal regulations applicable to banking institutions.
• Experience engaging with local authorities, including zoning boards.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Expertise in budget management and cost control.
• Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Capable of managing change orders and controlling project scope.
• Committed to quality assurance and safety management protocols.
• Understanding of banking operation workflows.
• Knowledgeable about security requirements, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and vault systems.
• Familiar with ADA compliance in financial facilities.
• Experienced with technology infrastructure, including ATMs, teller systems, and network requirements.
• Proficient in BIM/VDC platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore.
• Skilled in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experienced in document control and contract administration.
• Knowledge of permit and regulatory approval processes.
• Quick learner of new software, integrating it into daily operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and building client rapport.
• Ability to effectively present information to C-level executives in both written and verbal formats.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Experienced in strategic planning and forecasting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
