Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as Brink’s primary point of contact for overseeing and tracking the implementation of the transition plan led by our partner.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of Knowledge Transfer activities by engaging in selected sessions and reviewing the produced documentation.

• Recognize, consolidate, and communicate risks associated with transition quality, operational readiness, and compliance with the timeline.

• Engage in follow-up discussions with regional and global teams and external partners, advocating for fact- and data-driven positions and recommendations.

• Oversee the monitoring of essential dependencies, such as system access, availability of subject-matter experts, and other requirements critical to the transition.

• Identify and track additional costs linked to the transformation process, including third-party involvement and licensing needs.

• Recommend enhancements and modifications to the Knowledge Transfer strategy to boost efficiency and mitigate risks.

• Demonstrated experience in IT Project Management.

• Proficient in English.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities at various organizational levels, spanning from technical teams to senior executives.

• Analytical, well-organized, and dedicated to risk management and governance.

• Capable of thriving in a multinational and multicultural setting.

• Ability to constructively challenge vendors and stakeholders, backing up recommendations with facts, metrics, and evidence.
